Speakers
Sir Tim Brighouse
Sir Tim Brighouse is a well-known and influential British educator. He was the Schools Commissioner for London between 2002–2007, where he led the incredibly successful London Challenge. Tim was knighted in the 2009 New Year Honours list and has written books on education, broadcast and spoken at local, national and international conferences.
Andy Newell
Andy is the founder of IRIS Connect and a regular speaker at professional learning events. He is passionate about bridging the gap between what the research shows about effective professional development and the practical delivery of impactful learning interactions.
Haili Hughes
Haili is the Principal Lecturer and Teacher Development Mentor Lead at the University of Sunderland as well as the Head of Education at IRIS Connect. With over 16 years of teaching and leadership experience she has a thorough understanding of the golden thread of teacher development, writes educational books (incl. ‘Mentoring in Schools’) & delivers key notes worldwide.
