Bio:

Christophe is an experienced education leader with nearly two decades at the forefront of teaching, school leadership, instructional design, research, and international education innovation. His expertise spans dialogic pedagogy, formative assessment, and advancing teacher professional growth through peer observation, professional learning communities, and collaborative dialogue.

As a passionate advocate for evidence-based professional development, Christophe focuses on fostering collective teacher efficacy and improving student outcomes. He specializes in integrating video-supported, blended learning solutions to enhance professional learning experiences and drive impactful change in schools.

Currently serving as Director for the Asia-Pacific region at IRIS Connect, Christophe leads strategic initiatives across the region to expand access to innovative professional development technologies. He was previously Head of Education at IRIS Connect, where he pioneered the development of blended video-based learning programs and launched the IRIS Connect Film Club, a program independently evaluated by the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF).

From 2019 to 2022, Christophe was Director of Education Innovation at Cognition Education, where he collaborated with organizations across Australia and New Zealand, including the University of Auckland, Massey University, and Teach for Australia. His work supported over 300 schools in adopting collaborative technologies and blended learning strategies, transforming professional learning environments at scale.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Christophe is an avid traveler and culinary enthusiast, often exploring new cultures with his family. Holding dual nationality and fluent in both English and French, he brings a rich multicultural perspective to his work, enriching his engagement with diverse educational communities worldwide.
