What the critics say
Whitecote Primary School in Leeds has successfully supported staff to investigate and discuss teaching and learning more effectively using IRIS Connect Film Club, helping them to develop a culture of openness and trust.
“It’s useful to watch and analyse lessons in a range of different contexts and settings. The insights I have gained from Film Club have given me lots of food for thought and strategies that I hope to embed in my teaching over the next few terms. Overall, I think a long-term approach to developing these skills in both myself and my students is more valuable than just individual tips, quick-wins or single lesson activities.”

Today saw the return of Film Club after school. It was great to welcome some new members and to reflect on our own and other’s practice. The ice cream treats were a hit too! @IRIS_Connect #learningtogether #cpd pic.twitter.com/4ev5zSZNmZ
