Level 1: Self-observations and getting to know the system

If you’re a new member of the IRIS Connect community then this is for you. It’s designed to help you get up and running with self-observations and answer any questions you may have.

Level 2: Reviewing your practice, adding reflective comments and sharing

In this webinar you will discover more about reviewing your observations, adding comments and starting to build up dialogue. You will also learn how to share your observations with colleagues.

Level 3: Building and sharing reflective instruments and tools

This session is aimed at users who are already comfortable using IRIS Connect’s basic functionalities. You will learn how to develop libraries of best practice, apply immediate feedback, whilst using tools and instruments to support progression with a specific focus.
